Refund Policy

At IFIHD Academy, we strive to deliver quality learning experiences. However, due to the nature of digital products and online courses, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may only be approved under the following conditions:

• You made a duplicate payment by mistake.
• The course purchased was not delivered or had a technical issue preventing access.

How to Request a Refund

Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team at ifihdacademy@gmail.com with proof of payment.

Processing Time

Once reviewed, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
